1. Product Condition Definitions
New Items: Brand-new, unused, and unopened in original retail packaging.
OEM Take-Offs: Original equipment manufacturer parts removed from new vehicles or machinery. They are fully functional but may show minor handling or tool marks from the removal process.

2. Buyer Responsibility & Compatibility
Fitment: The buyer is solely responsible for verifying component compatibility (VIN, make, model, and year) prior to purchase.
Installation: Professional installation is strongly recommended. We assume no liability for damages caused by improper self-installation.

3. Warranty & Liability Limitations
New Items: Covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
OEM Take-Offs: Covered by a 30-day functionality guarantee starting from the date of delivery. Original factory warranties do not transfer.
Liability Limit: We are not liable for labor costs, towing, vehicle rentals, or any consequential damages. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.

4. Returns & Restocking Fees
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be unmodified, uninstalled, and in their original received condition. Electrical components and programmed modules are final sale.
Fees: Returns due to buyer error or changed mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Shipping & Order Claims
Damages: Damaged shipments must be reported with photographic proof of box and item within 48 hours of delivery.
Inventory: We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in the event of inventory discrepancies or pricing errors.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any legal actions must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Missouri.
