1. Return Window & Fees

30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

15% Restocking Fee: Applies to all returns due to buyer error, incorrect fitment selection, or changed mind.

Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Condition Requirements & Exclusions

Eligible Items: Parts must be returned uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original received condition.

Final Sale: All electrical components and programmed modules are final sale and cannot be returned.

Fitment: The buyer is solely responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

3. Shipping Damage Claims

Shipments must be inspected upon arrival. Damaged packages must be reported with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a free exchange or return.
